Month-Of Coordination

Starting at $3,000

  • Up to two consultations with the client(s) 

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence the month of the event date

  • Creation of a day-of schedule to be sent to couple and hired vendors

  • Event checklist provided

  • Attendance at the wedding rehearsal

  • A few hours per week used to pull together last minute details and ensure that the event day is stress-free and runs smoothly

  • Communication with all vendors prior to and on the event day

  • Confirmation calls made to vendors the month of the event to finalize the schedule, timeline, and any other details that need to be attended to

  • Email schedule to all vendors and couple two weeks prior to the wedding

  • Up to 10 Hours on wedding day

  • On-site coordination and supervision at both the ceremony and reception until all scheduled events have taken place

  • Distribution of any outstanding payments to vendors on the event date

  • Access to the wedding emergency kit

  • Setup of minor items included*

  • Second Coordinator may be added at the time of booking for an additional fee*

  • Travel fees may apply*

Event Design

Starting at $3,500

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence for 6 months

  • Two consultations with the client(s)

  • Assist you with developing your style, colours, theme and incorporating your unique signature into your day

  • Creation of a mood board to assist you with developing your style, colours, theme and incorporating your unique signature into your day

  • One full revision of mood board included

  • Provide recommendations for tying together your floral, linens, lighting, furniture, stationery, and all decor to complete the vision of your event

  • Vendor recommendations based on your style, budget and personality that we feel is the best fit for you and your event

  • A few hours per week used to pull together last minute details during the month of your event

  • Confirmation calls made to vendors the week of the event to finalize

  • Floor plan generation (if applicable)

  • Vendor Sourcing included for up to three vendors per category

Full Coordination + Event Design

Starting at $9,500

  • Consultations with the client(s) as needed

  • Attendance at vendor meetings as needed

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence from the time of booking

  • Creation of a mood board to assist you with developing your style, colours, theme and incorporating your unique signature into your day

  • Provide recommendations and assistance for tying together your floral, linens, lighting, furniture, stationery, and all decor to complete the vision of your event

  • Vendor coordination based on your style, budget and personality that we feel is the best fit for you and your event

  • Managing the design of your stationery items

  • Coordinating block rooms at selected hotels as needed

  • A few hours per week used to pull together last minute details and ensure that the event day is stress-free and runs smoothly

  • Event checklist provided

  • Budget creation and monitoring

  • Review of vendor contracts

  • Scheduling all appointments

  • Creation of a Spendings Log with payment deadlines included

  • Floor plan generation as needed

  • Creation of a day-of schedule to be sent to couple and hired vendors

  • Communication with all vendors prior to and on the event day

  • Attending your final venue walk-through

  • Confirmation calls made to vendors the week of the event to finalize the schedule, timeline, and any other details that need to be attended to

  • Coordination and orchestration of the wedding rehearsal

  • Up to 12 hours on wedding day

  • Distribution of any outstanding payments to vendors on the event date

  • Third Coordinator provided at the Event Shoppe's discretion
